Med Term Scramble

I'm a soon to be medical student just now taking beginner classes. We use the Pearson medical terminology book and this app is a fast and fun way for me to get those 5 minute study sessions throughout the day as the levels are cut up into the books sections. I have a full time job and go to school full time too, so it's hard to find an extra hour to sit down and review but this app I can use at home, while waiting at a doctors appointment or during my lunch break at work :)

I liked the different body systems it covers. It helped me to quickly identify areas of the body for my CPC test. The timer is a great idea considering the CPC test is timed. I try to get the questions answered within 30 seconds. The letters are quickly dropped into the box if taped once it's placed into the next empty box and using a stylus helps to easily rearrange the letters as needed. This app. is by far the best of all the free ones in the anatomy field searches.

It doesn't cover that many terms when you think of the thousands of medical terms there are. And there isn't any variety so once you've taken the tests a few times you pretty much memorize the answers. I wish they would go over the word roots more. But for being a free game it's pretty good!
