MCBank Texas Mobile Banking

There’s always an issue with logging in. I’ve had to change my password several times and have to call to change it. I will login and then the next day the app says there’s a server issue and to try again later. I call them and they say that I need to reset my password. Then the Zelle has issues with logging in through them too.

If I could give zero stars right now, I would. Since updating to iOS 16 on my iPhone, the app has not worked. I can’t get answers from anyone from MC Bank other than they are working in it. It’s been over a week!! This is a developer issue and MC Bank is listed as the developer.

I love the accessibility of my funds @ MCBank & the hometown assistance I receive every time I call. My needs are always met in a super efficient and courteous manner. I love MCBank!!
