Frequently does not work
I much enjoy the B&P chain - their pubs offer a pleasant ambience, good beer and good food. But this app lets them down. It frequently struggles to load anything - and when it does often the pubs it selects are in the home counties - 200 miles away….. I see I am not alone with these issues, so it appears something is amiss with this app….

When it works it’s good
Works ok for a while then it always opens at a pub nowhere near me. Only solution is to delete from my iPad and then download again. In other words with other IT matters...switch off and start again!

Why no map view?
Wish there was a map view to search for pubs? Would make my life easier when traveling the country and planning trips with customers.
