TS Bank

I’m going to switch banks. I loved that they are local but I have to contact support regularly to access my own account. On top of that. I can’t even black payments. This app only shows you transactions. Nothing else. The ability to make a transfer to another account is broken as well. If your money goes into this account you can’t move it unless TS bank allows you to do so. No one should have that kind of control over your money. They should do better. Don’t join TS bank. Get a bank that is modernized.

I like the option to transfer my money to and from but why isn’t there an option for external transfers the button is there but doesn’t allow the feature? It also breaks a lot so I have to use my mobile web browser which isn’t as easy to navigate or I have to call and lets be honest sometimes the tellers aren’t the happiest of people

My only issue is that I can’t access this app late at night when I get off work sometimes.
