This really is a great app. The problem is that you cannot use it more than once until you rate the last ride. Well what if I am not ready to rate the driver? What if I am not sure if we drove in circles or not? What if I am not sure if he overcharged? I am forced to decide at that moment.
I hate that the app is a fascist and forces me too to rate before I can schedule the new taxi. So I just paid our taxes as one star and screw it.
Also, they used to have a very nice feature that you could see a map of the route that the driver actually took. That has gone away. So now I have less faith in a taxi ride then I used to.

It’s so much safer than getting a taxi on the street. Drivers have been very friendly and taxis in great condition.

Friendly app and very useful specially in a corrupt environment like the one that some cab drivers are trying to impose with “Chucky” and “muñeco”.
