The cards were so quick and easy to use. Now with the app I have to log in every time to get a bidder badge. Much less efficient than the card. Please bring them back.

I don’t know why/who on earth thought is was a great idea to Change from the id cards to this buggy, laggy, and just awfully designed app. I tried logging in when they did the initial switch then the app said I had to call. Waited an hour to get ahold of someone. Then we set up the account. Then turns out they made me a entirely new account and I was not able to enter the auctions that my dealer attended. Called again for this issue and then waited another hour to get someone on the phone. They said I needed to “renew” my membership even though I had done it less then 3 months ago. Terrible company, people and app

Good luck when calling support they tell You that you’re wrong . Website is buggy does not work and same problem with app. Company just takes $105 a year and spends $0 on development lol. Terrible service and software. Unbelievable

AuctionACCESS Mobile makes it easier than ever for dealers to manage their AuctionACCESS account from the palm of their hand. Existing AuctionACCESS members can log in to AA Mobile and manage their account information, upload and/or sign required documents, resolve potential buying/selling issues and manage the individuals authorized to do business on their account.
AuctionACCESS Mobile also puts your physical AuctionACCESS card securely on your smartphone device. On the home screen, dealers can now see a uniquely generated QR code that is recognized at participating auctions. Dealership owners can view and edit specific company information in AuctionACCESS Mobile and can receive updated floor plan availability with a number of participating lenders. The AuctionACCESS Mobile “Offers” tab provides unique discounts for other industry tools and subscriptions that can only be found in AuctionACCESS Mobile.
