Probably the worst company in the US, their customer service very rarely and occasionally pick up the line, you may wait on call with the stupidest music you could ever imagine for alooooong loooooooooong time then you get bored and frustrated and you hang up. if there is an issue it might take days or weeks to be sorted out, most probably you might end up losing the auctions you’re planning to participate in. I paid the registration fee a week ago and still I’m not being able to do any business. why? they state that your account has issues and you have to contact their customer service support. but would they pick up??? i’ve tried tens on time and waited up to 25 minutes during working hours. Nobody is there. What a disgrace!

I don’t know why/who on earth thought is was a great idea to Change from the id cards to this buggy, laggy, and just awfully designed app. I tried logging in when they did the initial switch then the app said I had to call. Waited an hour to get ahold of someone. Then we set up the account. Then turns out they made me a entirely new account and I was not able to enter the auctions that my dealer attended. Called again for this issue and then waited another hour to get someone on the phone. They said I needed to “renew” my membership even though I had done it less then 3 months ago. Terrible company, people and app

The cards were so quick and easy to use. Now with the app I have to log in every time to get a bidder badge. Much less efficient than the card. Please bring them back.
