Absolute garbage. The address you enter gets changed and when you call in it doesn’t call the driver but dispatch. The driver will then do the trip without and charge you. sometimes when you request they won’t show they just drive around and then they call asking where you are at instead of driving to the pin. I built an app like this you never call the customer you drive straight to the pin without question
This app is a far cry from Uber’s app but perhaps it will improve over time. My biggest complaints are that it consistently underestimates the fare by 20-25% and charges an extra pound if you use a credit card. And simple search’s like “Airport” or “Belfast City Airport” don’t always work. Please improve this app!
