Booked my holiday through Hays in Knaresborough and one of their representatives is called Alice. What a remarkably professional young lady she is, everything you need or ask is never too much trouble. It was like Alice was actually going with us because she gets so into the holiday and her enthusiasm and excitement shines through and it becomes more exciting for us.
