Was optimistic this app would work, but it just didn’t.
Used the app to request a ride from the airport. It said the ride was confirmed and charged my credit card $60. Can didn’t show up. Called them and they said they don’t have any cabs. I asked for a refund and they said they didn’t know how. What??? If you’re at the airport just ask where the taxi stand is and go there.
Used app to hail a cab in Midtown. Within 5 min I was called by driver to confirm and within 10 min he had arrived. UI can be a bit difficult to navigate.
