Ever since you updated the app, it has performed poorly. I’ve given it a very good chance because I use it all the time. It’s still frustrates me everytime I use it. It freezes up most of the time and it’s just so hard to navigate now. Even when I increase the radius out 50 miles I’ll still get the same data as if I were searching within 3 miles. The website works fine, but the app is horrible.

I’ve been working with Hail Trace for the better part of a decade under several different companies. HailTrace is a pivotal part of our strategy at several different turns. Storm prediction, maps, customer management, canvassing management, etc. This team, (Matt, Justin, Rachel) to just name a few, respond almost immediately on the rare occasions they don’t answer on the first ring.
