Overall functionality is decent. However, there are some bugs that need working out. Namely, when depositing a check - it ALWAYS asks if I need to retake the back picture…no I don’t. Also, after taking the pictures, the page is skewed too far to the right and the “deposit” button is not labeled. It’s just a blue bar. Very confusing. I think it’s time to update the app folks! It’s been 3 months since the last one and there have been iOS updates since then.

Every time I come to the store talk to somebody or I’m on the phone with any Customer service is great stores are always clean I love FamilyFirstCU I have been banking with FamilyFirstCU 18 years now. Thank you for doing a great job everyone

Great app, super convenient and has everything you need. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because there has been a few times that I couldn’t access the app because of technical difficulties and it can be frustrating when I’m out and about and need to transfer $ or make a purchase but I’m not sure how much is in the checking account at that time
