Was having trouble registering without an EU phone number. Called the customer service line and a very kind man answered who was able to help me complete registration. The bike was easy to find at the menu stations and easy to figure out how to use. I really appreciated having access to explore during my short time in Mainz.

8 out of 10 times the app, docking station or bike lock does not work. This is by far the worst city-bike construction I’ve ever seen. Maybe they well learn from larger cities how to properly construct this service from the app to the bikes. Save your money and spend it with Lime or Tier in the meantime.
