Vreselijk onduidelijk en omslachtig
Een knullige poging om mee te doen in het online winkelen. Je moet eerst door 20 hoepels springen om de app te kunnen gebruiken en dan, net als je denkt ik heb het voor elkaar staat er een foutmelding die inzage niet toelaat en geen enkele aanwijzing geeft wat te doen. Ik heb de app nodig om het saldo van mijn bijenkorf credit kaart te kunnen zien. Maar blijkbaar is daar ook iets fout gegaan want het is dus nergens te vinden. Wat een onoverzichtelijk gebeuren. Een ramp dus. Nee, ben er beslist niet blij mee en ga de hele boel opzeggen.

Gebruiksvriendelijk?
Beste bijenkorf, wellicht kunnen jullie de app testen op een iphone (en niet op een groter scherm). Het is (bijna) onmogelijk om messages te verwijderen aangezien t kruisje te klein is... Verder best leuke app erg handig dat je altijd de laatste folder/flyer kunt bekijken...
