Why is it so hard to find the actual bill that would be just like the one you would mail out. It’s like you dont want us to actually see it! Please, please make it easier so it doesnt take 29 minutes to find the print out!!!

I loved the app before the update. The updated version is not accepting my account info and I’ve tried changing my password but it’s saying invalid. And what Happened to Face ID? I see Touch ID only.

I like this app-easy to use except one thing. Your credit card info is stored, but if you try to send a payment, the app makes you re-enter the card number. EVERY TIME. So I have to dig out my credit card to re-enter the card number which they already have stored in their system. Other apps store card info and have one-click payment, why can’t you? It’s not like someone is going to illegally go in and pay my electric bill! Please fix this! Other than that, pretty darned good app.
