You are very fortunate to have the people you have working for you in Magnolia. Sandy, Tammy, Donna and your tellers have been a joy to work with. They always have a smile and make me feel like a valued customer. The atmosphere feels good. They have the friendly customer skills that doesn’t come from training, it’s comes from within. They are a championship team.

I tried to login as I usually do, was prompted there was an update, clicked on update and instead of overriding and updating the old app, an entirely new app downloaded. I now have two icons for the same app on my phone. I've been doing his long enough to know this rollout was not executed properly and will cause mass confusion.
