I have four bars of 5G and it is taking forever to accept an update. I can’t even open the app to unlock my card to do the update in. I’m out of gas. This is great.

The old app wasnt fancy but it was more functional than this one. This app has all the transactions in and out of your account but no descriptions at all. You have to use the side menu to go to website and then click on "full website" so you arent in the mobile portion and then resign in again. At this point you can then click on your account to see the description of your transactions of where you spent your money at. I feel like that is a lot of work just to see where my money went. I feel like that this isnt that hard to put in the app, why is it not built in? If i could go back to the older app, I would.

My original review: *I would probably give this a 3 or 4 star review if it wasn't for the thumb scan. Most apps use the thumb scan as quick access option. This app only uses the thumb scan as another "enter" button. You still have to input your password AND security question every time. Fix this feature and I will change my review to a 4 star.* Way to not improve anything on this app. Maybe you should listen to your feedback before redesigning your app. 2 thumbs down.
