I love all the affects but how do you save the pics that you create ?

As much as I wish I could, I CAN NOT READ CHINESE! Since the whole app basically is in Chinese, I can not navigate or even use it. I tried just hitting buttons and almost got charged for some other Chinese crap when all I wanted to do is explore the app. Any suggestions devs? Besides taking Chinese classes that is.
