What can I say, absolutely horrible experience. I tried to call a car for almost 30 min, got assigned a car, could not tell if the car was moving or not or where the driver was, but app keeps telling me driving is coming in 2 min. Unable to contact driver. Then I receive a link over SMS to track the driver, cannot track him as I don’t see the car on the app!! I call support, I receive a response and was told to wait, then the call gets disconnected. I call support again, get assigned a new car, I watch the car drive past me- but I am unable to contact my driver!
Terrible new app. Payments don’t work, whole workflow takes much longer than the old one. No longer an active user or the service due to this terrible app
