I find the navigation on the app really good. It is missing some of the features on the desktop, but I don't miss them much. That's what the desktop app is for. The thing that kills this app is the updates. In two years, I think I've had to update the app more than 80 times. I can't think of any other app that even comes close to being this high maintenance.
I have personal and business log ins, and have to log in separately to manage them. For each time, I get the prompt to “remember this device.” It keeps giving me this extra step during log in no matter what i choose. “Remember this device?” No. “Ok, I’ll ask again next time.” Yes. “Ok, I won’t remember and will ask again next time.”
My home Ledyard is Norwich. Each and everyone of employees is top notch. Joanne and Nico always there to help. Nico has helped me invest in CDs and has taken the time to help me understand all the options.
