Doesn’t work
I was able to use the app all of once before it stopped functioning at all. Now whenever I try to log in the screen is just white. Nothing ever loads it just goes white after entering my login info. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times. I have even had Aires reset my login to try and see if that helps, but neither worked. I emailed my relocation consultant to let them know and all they said was “IT told me that everything should be fine” Useless.

Outdated and broken
The app is outdated. It won’t let me save any changes or perform required updates for my account. It constantly freezes and crashes. Not impressed with this company or their application (both mobile and web based).

Not in sync and buggy
Still has items from my prior relocation loaded, and does not update to the latest actions being taken for my current relocation. The sync and communication between this app and Aires in general has a lot of room for improvement. Always have to follow up and ask for updates vs the agents being proactive.
