As an Experience Design executive, I can hardly imagine how a company with the global reach of Vialto can justify producing such a uniformly awful user experience. I strongly suggest they review both their digital product strategy and their design team’s abilities, provided they even have a design team. If they don’t have top-quality designers, then that should be their first priority. I wouldn’t use this product, but it’s the only option available as a Vialto client. The poor experience tarnishes their brand, and it’s making me question whether I should be doing business with a different firm.
