I stayed in Poland for almost 6 weeks and for the first month the app was great and my registration with my email was enough. Suddenly something changed and I had to start verifying my phone number which wouldn’t work because I had a US number. Why would just change this? Do you not want our money? I ended up walking and using uber and bolt and FlixBus the rest of my trip. I am not trying to be rude, I genuinely don’t understand why you would do this when the local apps for both of your neighbors, Czechia and Prague allow us to buy our tickets on their apps by registering with our email instead of phone. Why do you not want us to use it?
This app has been useful for my travels proving great routing and enabling safe ticket purchases. The use of an e-wallet, while understandable, a slight frustration as I don’t like to leave money locked in systems. That said, they have a published refund policy so I’m not worried. The one change that would be great is some additional information included. For example, when do children need a ticket? Do they qualify for a reduced fare? What is the difference in the ticket types being offered to me? Overall, I strongly recommend the app.
I love this app and use it everyday in Warsaw. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 12 and now I can’t login to my account. The app still works fine on my iPhone 8. I’ve logged in and out on my iPhone 8 without any issues. Anyone else having this problem?
