ORLEN Pay

The app was great and was working perfectly fine for 1 or 2 years. Since a few months the app constantly fails while trying to perform any payment - usually it even doesn't display any amount and just saying „processing payment”. And nothing happens. Sometimes, after payment confirmation it blocks the money from a card, but at the station the bill still needs to be payed. Come on, how could you break the usefull app that was very convenient and just working?

I love the idea of paying right at the fuel dispenser, especially considering the current situation. Having said that, the app still requires a lot of work, it still displays error messages that don’t tell me what’s going on, and the UX is far from perfect.

I discovered the app some weeks ago. And this made “wow” effect. Easy to use, convenient and modern. Filing up the gas and paying is easy and less time consuming. I LOVED the app but..... This is not working. Not working for over 1 week. Of course - I do understand that this could happen. It is just life. But this should be absolute priority for Orlen to squeeze and repair. I think that 1 week with no working app is not acceptable. Some time ago I made a decision that I would like to support local companies leaving my money therein. Orlen - I would love to support you buying your gas. But you do not allow me.... Mr Obajtek - please show us that the customers are important and the technology is important for Orlen. And motivate the team that Orlen comes back to 21st digital world...
