I haven’t had a chance to use the app at the zoo but I appreciate the schedule in looking through it. Would like as a member to be able to log in and see member benefits, show a digital membership card, as well as more of the information included on the website.
I haven't actually used the app, but I'm at the Memphis Zoo right now and can't download it because it's over 100MB (Apple restriction requires WiFi). It won't help me, but for future visitors please revamp the app (compress images, whatever), to bring it down under the limit so people can actually use it.
Definitely handy for the map tracking, but it tended to crash a lot (4 times in 2 hours). Luckily it's quick to restart, so the crashes weren't as annoying as crashes of other apps.
