This little app has helped so much with my anxiety during this horrible year. I hope to someday purchase the full app since it is so inexpensive, but for right now, this basic version helps with my anxiety and depression tremendously. I like to put it on with just the fire noise and pretty music on my iPad so it sounds like I’m sitting outside by the fire listening to pretty music. I use it everyday as I work from home.

Maybe on Christmas morning if you live in an apartment or house without a fireplace you could play this app with the volume up and separately have Siri play some Christmas songs on Apple Music. Drink hot cocoa to complete the scene.
