I have been at this bank for many years and I love the people that work in the customer service. It is always pleasure every time I come. So thank you all of you that work so hard to keep this bank the way it is.

The mobile app has a great feature of depositing checks from anywhere. We used to be able to line up the camera and take the pictures ourselves. Now you don’t have control of the camera and you have to hold incredibly still for the camera to automatically take a picture. If anyone has the slightest twitch or hand shake they are unable to use this program. The camera is super sensitive and takes too long to count down and take the picture. Users should be able to have control over the camera
