About the only thing you can do from this app is search for Phillips brand FBOs by location. But if you tap on then to get more information, the app repeatedly crashes. Any attempt to report a bug or contact the developer just takes you to a generic Phillips web page.
What’s the point of having an app that doesn’t even show you what your card number is? I don’t want to have to carry one more card in my wallet. I like the fact that I can check my points balance, but the app is useless unless it shows what my card number actually is. It would be great if we had a card that you can download into your passbook for easy access. I see where you’re going with it, but it needs a lot of work. The FBO locator is nice, but I have so many other apps that can do the same thing, this is a function that I really don’t need. It’s not like I’m loyal to Phillips gas.
I downloaded the app, but from what I can see so far, there is no way to use your phone at Phillips 66 locations to earn rewards. You still need to carry the card, which seems to defeat the purpose (for me) of having an app. It basically gives you your point balance.
