I cannot express how valuable this app was on my recent trip from Florida to Alaska. Not only did it clearly provide a tutorial on creating my first eAPIS manifest, the app offered a free phone support to walk me through my first creation of a manifest to make sure I had no issues on my flight to Alaska through Canada. The ease of use along with adding a second pilot, passengers, including my emergency contact was so straightforward and streamlined it made the 5 day journey that much less stressful. Within minutes of filing my first manifest I received an email from US customs and border protections the receipt of my filed manifest. I was able to clone the manifest within the app for my reentry into the US into Alaska with no problems and again received receipt within minutes also confirming my permission to re-enter the United States . This app saved so much time and allowed us to focus more on the flight and flight planning increasing safety and saving valuable time. Living in Florida and close to the Bahamas I now know this app can make Island hopping so much easier. Definitely an app to have in your tool kit if you’re flying across borders, hands-down, a no-brainer.

I used this for my first trip to the Bahamas recently, and I would highly recommend the app. Once you get all your information set up in the app, it makes filing U.S. Customs manifests very easy, because all of your information is saved (and you can do it right on your iPhone or iPad). This makes it easy to file manifests for future trips, without having to re-enter all your information. One great feature that I did not immediately realize is the that the app will send you the completed inbound and outbound forms required for the Bahamas (after you submit your manifest). This includes the Arrival Report, C7 Form, and C7A Form. Not all forms may be required based on your type of flight or the specific Bahamian Customs location, but I was required to present three copies of the C7A Form on the way in and one copy of the C7 form on the way out. Having these forms pre-filled by the app makes things very easy. Finally, the best feature of the app is the customer service. Arturo personally reached out while I was first getting things set up and also offered to help with any questions before my trip. If you do have any issues or problems with the app, they will not fall on deaf ears.

In a nutshell, this app creates, saves, and stores Aircrew, Passenger, Aircraft, and eAPIS data to be used, reused, and submitted in any combination and at any time you wish. No more data entry lost, no more timed-out webpages! Francisco Lobo has created an app that allows you to store and reuse info on passengers, update, change, and resubmit on the fly your eAPIS docs from your smart phone or tablet. My company goes in and out of Mexico on a regular basis and we often have the same passengers. Once I have input those names and passports, home addresses, and DOBs, I can reuse them over and over again! It’s truly AWESOME!! I’ll never go back... Don’t cheap out on this if you are a regular to foreign countries. In addition to saving you time, it minimizes the risk of miss-entering critical information that can earn you a $5,000 or more fine!! Mr. Lobo also provides excellent customer service and support to help you understand the app. You will not regret this purchase!
