I've been a subscriber for about two months now. Love the layout, format and the Razorbacks coverage, however their general news coverage is blatantly one-sided. It feels like a paper out of San Francisco rather then the south. With the recent state elections leaning so heavily Republican you would think they'd get a clue & tone down their liberal rhetoric. Example: in todays Sunday edition I got slapped in the face with a huge photo of the Miss Gay America contestants & a long write up on the event. An article demonizing a 7-11 owner for playing classical music to keep the homeless from sleeping in front of his store & keeping customers away, an entire page of "not real news" that is always 100% liberal slanted, and their commentary section is always so liberal it's nauseating. Really struggling with continuing to pay $34/mo (digital only, no ipad) to have such one-sided coverage & woke agenda shoved down my throat.
I really, really didn’t want to even try try, let alone like, the iPad version of the paper. Imagine my surprise when I fell in love with it after only one day. Thank you coming up with this idea. And thank you for your continued excellent content. It is more important than ever that newspapers print the whole story, not simply sound bites like other media. Keep up the good work. I look forward to reading the news on my iPad every day.
Rarely lets me see the Sunday paper. App does not work consistently “Not ready for prime time”. Follow up poor, I try logging in and it says I have no subscription or the app is out of order more often than not. ‘They take my number when I call and don’t return my call. You tech dept needs work. If you want people to continue reading the paper, you need to make it user friendly and consistently available without flaws and have customer support available when there is an issue. If several days pass, no point in getting the paper anymore. I prefer a paper copy but when traveling try using the epaper and it has become more trouble than its worth.
