bSafe - Never Walk Alone

I'm honestly just leaving this review because I love the app, even though I haven't used it in a while. I also think it's funny that people are downloading a SAFETY app with audio/video recording and a feature to set your Guardians, who are supposed to be people the app contacts in the event you can't access your phone in time to notify them you're okay. Don't get an app that does that if you don't want to use those features??? It seems pointless to me. If you're just wanting the location services, use the ones on your phone I guess. Don't leave a bad or lowered review because you don't wanna use the functions it has and then not report any bugs or issues the app is having for them to fix. Seems pointless and petty to do that, to me. Anyway, I love the app and even though it's been so long I can only imagine it's gotten better since the last time I used it. Thank you to the bSafe team for doing what you can to keep the world a safer place!!

Sorry. I do not like this application. None of the functions seem be as great as advertised. The largest drawback was the subscription charge. Many you guys are crossing over to subscription charge rather a OTC. There is NO product, not even yours product worth a subscription. I suspect many of people are dropping. Application owners are loosing customers . I cancelled my subscription but having issues uninstalling and UN-registering. it is basically a spy (camera and microphone) and I have no idea if the camera and microphone continues when you are no longer tracking for the evening. The price is also suspect, after all nothing is free. I also removed Bsafe from my wife’s phone and canceled her subscription charge. Why you did not start with a monthly subscription as default I have no clue.. Setting an annual as types default is just bad forum . After reading what the developers had to say I believe application was not ready for released . Reasonably stable but feel the QA department dropped the ball. You fully knew that if I changed our mind on an annually charge we cannot get our money back. Because of this, this makes you a thief.

I know I don’t want the paid portion. The freebie has to be utilized and tested by me before I would consider that. However, this has access to EVERYTHING on my phone - the app bugs me over and over since I selected not to use the video/microphone. That cost one star right there. It also bugs me about adding “Guardians” - one is sufficient for now. That cost another star. Don’t bug me. Be intuitive to my needs, not the programmers’ desires, ok?
