Listia: Buy, Sell, and Trade

I’ve been with Listia a long time almost from the beginning when it was credits and I loved it When Listia changed to XNK I left and I recently came back when I found that they were using points however they need to put controls in place so that new bidders with zero verification and zero feedback can only bid so much of an amount on an item! Having to wait 21 days through the entire auction to have a new bidder or a bidder with 50% negative feedback and almost 0 verification bid on your items and leave you hanging It’s not fair to the seller or any of the other bidders who had been watching and bidding for that 21 day time frame

I’ve been a Listia member since 2016. I really love this platform and they’ve kept improving it over the years. The improved app on my new iPhone 8 has made it easier than ever to find great auctions and listings that I’m interested and bid on and sometimes I get blessed and win an item or two. Sometimes the sellers don’t communicate and I have to request a refund. I’ve always communicated with my buyers and don’t understand why the other sellers don’t communicate like I do. That’s not Listia’s fault it’s the individual at fault. My only suggestion is to do more identity verification on sellers especially so it will ensure a safer more effective platform. I’m leaving a five star rating because I have had mostly great customers and sellers on here that do follow the rules. Thank you so much and I hope my suggestion is heard. Have a great weekend! I was a seller for about 6 months with hundreds of 100% feedbacks. Today, they banned my account because they said, I had refunded to many items in one day. I refunded 3 items because it was over a week and I couldn’t ship it out. I wasn’t able to ship out because the whole COVID situation is taking a toll on me and everyone and I have to prioritize my life before the packages. But apparently In this case the packages were more important, I offered 2 day shipping on all my items with FedEx 2 Day Shipping Service. So, even if it took over a week to ship, you’d get the item 2 days later. Today I also, got a payout of credits about 80,000 for this auction, I did of Apple AirPods and they received there item, I received my credits, 5 mins later they banned my account and said I forfeit the credits. Like REALLY! I spent all this money and time getting good feedbacks and I get replayed by getting banned. Do Not Use Listia because they will screw you over somehow.
