I used to love ur website and I’ve done business with you on several pieces, always smooth. But I’m discouraged by your use of AI in your descriptions. When I like the first image I see of a watch I go to the description to see what the water resistance is, if it’s got a screw down crown, does it have an anti-reflective coating on one or both sides of the crystal, has it been polished, is it a new strap, is that strap from the original manufacturer, when was it produced, has it been discontinued, etc.. Out here we love watches just like you do. If I have to read your AI slop and THEN call you to get the information that matters to me, that’s a waste of my time.

I just purchased a AP Royal oak watch from this Company and the watch needed 2 more links added. I called my sales person Amy (she was really pleasant to work with ) she told me to come in I brought the watch and they greeted me very nicely they added the 2 links for no charge so no question they will definitely get a five star review from me and I will always buy my luxury watches from this company. This was my first time buying a vintage Rolex long distance and not being able to examine it in person. Quite a scary proposition for a 30K watch! I worked with Mike Shaw at EWC and could not be happier. He sent additional high quality photos, spent time meticulously describing the watch and expedited overnight delivery.
