I pay for online subscriptions to NYT, WSJ, Bridge Michigan and The Blade, but turn to The Blade first each morning because local news is most important to me.
This app has more content, and less intrusive ads, than that horrible “NewsSlide” abomination! Send that piece of junk back to the socialists in Montreal where it belongs, and keep THIS platform! I’d willingly pay $10 or so per year to keep this, over the platform that has only a few stories (as well as the editorials with an obvious leftward slant) instead of all the opinion pieces (including reasonable editorials), plus the numbers of stories that are on this platform, along with being able to go back a day or two. I can’t go back to reference articles on the new platform. Again, save this app, and please make the new one like this one, with the same amount and accessibility of content, or just scrap that app and start over!

My only problem with this app is that after looking at a zoomed in picture inside a story pushing the "back" button takes you back to the first story in the section not the article you were reading. Otherwise 5 stars.
