I’ve travelled to many different urban areas in Europe and confidently say this is the best one I’ve used. Easily the best designed and most user-friendly. You will never struggle to figure anything out because the app does it for you. Visually pleasing, efficient, and accurate. What more could you want!

I LOVE this app! It has made traveling around Gothenburg a breeze. I was easily able to purchase tickets with my foreign credit card. I can search for various routes and it will even show a map of how to get to the stop and from which platform my tram is leaving. Highly recommended!

This app has been the bane of my existence. I am in Sweden for many months of the year. But since I'm not a resident of Sweden, I don't have a Swedish bank card. This app refuses to accept any foreign credit/debit cards. I've tried it with French cards, UK cards, US cards, and middle eastern cards. Each of them continuously fails. So time and time again, I am having to ask my Swedish friends to pay for me. It's really odd, to be honest with you. And far from a convenience. Otherwise, the app runs smoothly for the majority of the time. But I give it a 1-star because I can't even make use of it with my own credit cards.
