Gif Viewer & Player

This app handles GIFs perfectly, preserving the filetype in the iOS gallery and allowing reuse in any chat app. I've relied on this app for years to organize reaction GIFs that I use in apps. This was surprisingly the app i was looking for, the only thing i wish you changed was sometimes when I’m looking for a gif I download it snd when i go to save it in my camera roll it’s not there, and also i wish the gifs/images weren’t so blurry or blurred other than that it’s a very great and usefull app

Honestly, I didn't think this would work, but it did... kind of. I wanted to download it as a gif, but it was just a still. Just convert it to video and it should download just fine.
