They have the option to mail or fax. I have been using the app for quite some time. I like the app better you are able to just take a picture with your phone upload the picture of your receipt. 2-3 days and the funds go directly into your account. I give 5 stars to benefit strategies!!

The benefits strategies app is easy to use, never had a problem if there’s something missing or information needed the website sends an alert also gives enough time to submit missing info

Slow and clunky, doesn’t allow you to upload or submit more than one photo for receipt, and quite a long pause between uploading one and being able to upload another. Randomly locks user out even though Face ID enabled, makes you sign in. Used to have a pin, that’s gone. Of course you forget the passcode if you haven’t used in awhile necessitating a reset. Pain in the rear.
