We downloaded the app to IPads and used this to collect contact information from candidates who were interested in our residency programs and also to capture and follow-up with industry contacts. The app was very easy to use, and our fellow company representatives were very receptive.

The app provided exceptional support for obtaining leads at the show. Our entire team invested in this app and it proved to be immensely worthwhile. With the ability to quickly scan QR codes using our smart phones, there was no need to return to retrieve a hand scanner ensuring our visitors never had to wait. The app’s functions are intuitive and easy to grasp, allowing us to immediately send collateral messages. We gathered an impressive amount of vister information, enabling us to connect with numerous potential customers.I highly recommend this app to everyone.

Great app. I used it at the NRA trade show in Chicago. Very easy to use. Great customer service to help with any questions you may have about using the app. Captured all the information I needed for potential new customers. All features on app were easy to use and worked really well. I recommend using this app if you need to capture leads for business purposes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍
About SWAP by Maritz
SWAP – the ultimate sales lead retrieval application for smartphones. Free to download, but you must receive an Activation Code for a trade show or event where Maritz Global Events has been contracted to provide lead retrieval services.
To give SWAP a try, use Activation Code 0000-0000-0000-0000 and Badge ID #1 to enter the app’s “Demo Mode”. Press "Capture Leads" then enter Registrant ID (valid Registrant ID are from 1000 to 1010). Press "A" when prompt for "First Letter of Lead's Last Name?" If you have questions or would like to receive an Activation Code, please call 1-800-787-0475.
Now exhibitors can capture leads anywhere during the tradeshow: sessions, meetings, events, in the hallway, on the bus, at dinner – onsite or off-site!
• Capture leads per salesperson and in aggregate
• Each salesperson can view their leads on their smartphone
• DecisionPoint allows exhibitor management to measure productivity of each salesperson
• Take notes within each lead and answer qualifying questions
• Export a list of leads in multiple formats
• Native app works in off-line mode: not dependent upon continuous cellular connectivity to work
• DecisionPoint portal reports both SWAP and Optium reader lead data together for show organizer and exhibitors
