I have been trying to get help with this. I keep saying the app doesn’t find the M10 reader, it doesn’t work on any iPhones. It’s been two times since I’ve reached out and I have not gotten any help.

This whole thing is a scam. The credit card reader company said it was absolutely free, no charge except $5 a month if you made no transactions that month. I got a charge for $60 (from this company) out of the blue with no warning or notice and I havent even activated my account. Been battling to get my money back for two weeks and they keep beating around the bush and haven't given a clear answer a to why I was charged. Terrible, this is a scam.

Used it at two traveling events. I get a lower exchange rate because cards are swiped and don't have to worry about taking home an old fashioned paper carbon slip and getting a decline after it's too late and the sale is gone. Also nice not to need Internet or WiFi.
