Vienna is a hub for international tourism and as you know the parking rules are strict and strictly enforced! This app from why I hear works well but many of us are not well versed in German language. I can get along ok in pubs and restaurants and general interactions but reading and fully understanding this app isn’t in my skill set yet. Please allow those of us that want to be in your city to spend our money wisely and not with parking tickets! Add an English language as well as Slovak and Czechia as they are also your close neighbors. Hungarian also

My expectation was to install the app, register, add my payment and I’m all set... Reality is, it has to be connected with paybox account. No way use something contemporary like paypal, applepay, credit or debit cards. Registering for a paybox account is a whole different story even more customer unfriendly. Links to register on iOS devices don’t work... to get through all the hoops just to get a simple park ticket is definitively no alternative to pull a ticket onsite.
