MyChair: Client Book

Lost 11 days of information when I updated the app today. All appointments lost and information inputted gone. I cannot seen to get customer support. This happens quite often when I’m forced to update the app. I pay $99 a year for this!? Updated:: I finally was able to reach Jeremy at support. He has been helpful and all of my information was restored within 24hours. My best advice is screen shot schedule before updates till all the bugs are out.

Just spent hours trying to find the best app for hairstylists. I have been using a paper planner for YEARS. (15+) This one by far has the best options and so similar to an at a glance planner. Plus no need to grab info because it simply is a planner and holds all your clients info, which is great, And it’s free. The biggest fault is there are SO many glitches. And crash at certain edits. Really hope this can be fixed because I would recommend this easy to use app to any of my hairstylists! Please fix the crashes and edits!

I’ve been trying to quickly merge clients from old app to this one and it doesn’t allow you to copy and paste their contact info. When I paste the phone number to the clients profile only the last number shows. It’s going to take me forever to merge every client. Kind of inconvenient.
