We jumped on board as one of the very first clients of clientbook. It has allowed us to connect with customers like never before and collect contact info easier than ever. If you need a better system for managing, supporting and serving your customers, ClientBook Retail is a great option. Plus they have been adding features for us from the very beginning. It gets better every month!

The app design is ok, although there’s definitely a lot that could be improved as far as layout and design. Where the app really has issues is performance. This app consistently glitches and bugs out every single time I use it. It always has issues with loading all store messages sometimes glitching out and only showing messages starting 2-3 weeks back. Not uncommon for a single conversation to have issues loading. Also lots of bugs sending messages where they take forever to show on our end after sending. Considering this is supposed to be an app based company I’ve so far been very disappointed with Clientbook. Don’t even get me started on their browser version. It’s only worse. Lots of potential but poor performance.

We have been having some progressing issues with the application including compatibility with other mobile devices that are not apple products - 2 sales associates have Galaxy phones and the service has diminished since the update. Sometimes it seems near possible to send images to customers for merchandise and products they are inquiring about as well as just getting reminder messages to customers that their jobs are complete
