The only thing I ever used this app for was to check my schedule for the day, and they changed it so that the “course schedule” button is crowded and less useful. It was better when it showed you the time blocks for your classes for the day.
I think it's great VU has an app and I'm sure it will expand in the future. I would love to see a section on the facility hours (library, gym, printing, etc). Go Nova!
PRO: This app looks great - it is very smooth and seems to find my GPS location very quickly. The beauty is in its usefulness i.e. there are not a whole host of random "cool" effects and uses but it is a central place for things that you would actually use and cannot easily find seperatly using a browser. CON: The only thing missing is a Scottie Reynolds count down to the all-time scoring mark - Go 'Nova.
