Loved it. Was my sole companion on this 1100 mile solo walk. Was terrific, reliable and wholly effective. One little thing I would like is to have a better search function that allows me to search for towns and villages.

This app is what map readers dreamed about 20 years ago because it solves the problem of knowing where you are. Everyone should learn to read a map and use a compass if they walk on unmarked trails, but if you have a map and the app, you can never get lost even if your battery goes dead. It is really cool that you can record your walks and find them again another day. This app is not cheap, but neither are the printed OS maps.
