Christie's

I don’t know how this app keeps getting updated but keeps getting more bugs and worse UI changes. It’s updated frequently and every time I open it I like it less. I highly prefer browsing auction catalogs on my phone, and I use most major auction houses apps. I have to use the Christie’s website in my browser because this app is so difficult to use.

Really don’t love the app. Other major auction houses are more reliable. Today I can’t pull up lots I’m winning on! Note to the tech team.

New version (released 2021) is a user interface nightmare. Functions are slow to load (if they even do… such as past/won lots), navigation is frustrating (having to start back at the beginning of a sale after looking at a lot), and most importantly, having to log in each and every time you open the app - these are basic frustrations that a well designed app wouldn’t have, and I’m sure I’m of those only one whose traffic on the app has gone down significantly since this new resale came out.
