BrainWave: Sharp Mind ™

The most important thing I can say is “ every time I listen to the ‘sharp mind’ while doing tasks that require me to focus and think deeply, I excel in my work”. This app is amazing and I wish I knew how to optimize/customize it for my unique brain to enhance it more. It is so effective I want to explore how to further enhance my brain function.

This app is invaluable to me in regard to concentration, dealing with chronic pain and concentration issues resulting from injury sustained in a rock climbing accident. Without this app I’d have a much more difficult time doing my job, which is very labor intensive and cognitively exhausting as I assist scientists across academic, nonprofit, and governmental sectors. Thank you for these binaural beats! I need them.

Apple has really started focusing on subscription apps leaving gems like this app bundle hidden. There are so many options available, there is a bunch of information in the app, and so far it is really helping me a lot. I am/was a skeptic of binaural sound therapy but it really has improved my meditation focus, my sleep quality, and it really does help me with just about any of my needs. It also does not hurt that the developer of this app responds very quickly to a message and is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also very pleasant to deal with. Definitely get the bundle of all of the apps as each one is different and very helpful!
