Wish it had fractions also!
If it did fractions for the diameter lengths, it would be perfect! Coming from a crafter type that uses this app to check wire sizes I have, or need to order, for the next chainmaille jewelry project. :)

wire size
the concept is good, but it would be great if the wire sizes went higher ( maybe up to 1000 MCM ). would also like to see different types, such as solid and stranded wire, bare and insulated wire, and copper and aluminum . the ampacities of all the wire sizes would be helpful also.

A good start, but...
While it's interesting to have the cross section area per AWG provided, it would be TRULY useful if resistance/foot (and/or meter) and current-carrying capacity (both in air and in conduit) were also provided. Without including that practical information, it's simply a graphical toy for most people, IMO.
