I walked to catch a bus at 11:13, couple minutes passed by and I called customer support. The employee on the line wasn’t very helpful or informative and said there had to be something wrong with my phone because he didn’t know where I was getting my departure times from. He said the next bus wasn’t until 12:50. The app is inaccurate and the customer service rep wasn’t great either.

Not accurate at all. It just doesn’t come on schedule or doesn’t come at all. The app doesn’t give you any information. Just false hope. Do yourself a favor and rent a car. The shuttle is free and worth every penny.

This app is now borderline useless since you can only see the current (real time) schedules. I think all of us really need to see the full schedules, to plan departures accordingly. I’m sad I deleted the old app.
