Attempted to create an account through a business that uses their service and it didn’t actually create an account, but sent me a code to use without any information on where to use it. Unclear if I have to make an account through Galanta first or what, because there’s nothing anywhere that indicates how any of this works. Admittedly that is partially on the service’s end for unclear direction, but sure would be nice to even know that the email was on the company’s behalf rather than just springing a message from some unknown entity on people. Probably would have been smart of Galanta to put some indication of what the code came from and how it’s supposed to be used, since the emails are from their end, rather than the service company. Either way, I’m not making an account to make an account for points ‘earned’ that I probably won’t be able to actually add to my account because I didn’t have an account when I made the purchase.
