Nursa Direct

I still cannot link my bank account. I never receive the confirmation text to confirm all of my bank information in the Nursa Direct app and there isn’t any option to send the link through email. I will be closing this account if this issue isn’t resolved. Your fees for transferring $ to an outside debit card are horrendous and I’m sickened your company is just another company that takes from nurses and and makes $ off of our hard working backs. $20 dollar “transfer fee” to move $1,000 from your bank to mine? Ya’ll are making stupid amounts of money just to get the $ to a different acct makes me wonder if y’all are purposely making it difficult to add a bank so you can continue making exorbitant amounts of $ off of the only other option to the adding $ to an outside debit card to move money to a different acct. Well, aside from finding a no-fee ATM somewhere exceptionally inconvenient to access and manually pulling out the money they going to my original bank and depositing said money. Looking forward to resolving the issue or closing my account.
