The app is not using the face we input when generating the artwork. Please address. Thank you

The quality of the images is great. However, there are a lot of failed time out alerts when generating images. And quite frequently the entire app is down and won’t connect for hours at a time. Not good when you’re working on a project. When it’s working, it’s a great easy to use app

I just created one step of an image and are already being made to do tasks such as either a review or watch an ad in order to start actually creating image. I don’t want to pay for app until I can at least create a whole image to see if it’s ideal for me and to be made to do this after only generating a picture of a white 2020 Chevrolet impala is ridiculous and has severely turned me off!!
